Nice and bright and clean. Well looked after inside and out. Flowers and gardens are beautifully kept. Inside is immaculate.

The building caretaker took really great care of the whole facility. The whole site is sterilized including the stairwell doors and handles. It gives me and my family full confidence that our grandma is fully protected and safe at the Kingsway Pioneer Residence. The people taking care of the building should be commended for the outstanding work they are doing to protect our elders.

My dad lived there for over 20 years. They wouldn't renovate his apartment. Floors were in nedd of repair.
