It is not the fault of the employees who work in this institution, the health care system is broken, although some employees do not give a dam...it is to bad you must go there if you live in Verdun, this place gives you physio for 30 minutes, but talks for 20 minutes...it is unfortunate when one leaves this place to go home, one is not prepared to live on their own. Change the use of the postal code system. Otherwise you will be told if you are not happy, just have to move. Again not all employees are bad, but it is the system we have to work in.
