The smoking at the entrance is Awful! I go to this building to visit the friends sometimes. It seems it's a good place, but unfortunately Almost every vist I always see a few people (like a bald man with a walker) smoking at the entrance. The smoke goes into the lobby with the doors open and close frequently. The elevator sometimes is full of smoke smell. We are forced to walk through a cloud of secondhand smoke to enter or exit the premises. The smoke drifting into the building and the blocked access are interfering with people's peaceful enjoyment and posing a health issue and safety hazard. It's been for a long time with this nuisance I'v heard. We wish some people would do something to resolve this issue.

No air conditioning in some suites. Unbelievably hot in those suites.

l have lived here for 4 years and have decided that when it is time for me to leave it will be feet first. The people living here are friendly, there are couples and singles.
