This review is long overdue. My mother is a resident at The Fountains and over the past 6 months she has received gentle, kind, and compassionate care. Aging is not an easy time for the individual, or family member(s), but this team of management, administrators, receptionists, nurses, HCA, housekeepers, dining room attendants and support staff work hard to provide a consistent level of care. I think they really love their residents - not just as occupants - but as individuals that still have needs, feelings, and a safe home. I think The Fountains of Mission is a lovely facility.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chartwell Fountains of Mission Retirement Residence. From the moment you walk in, it truly feels more like a boutique hotel than a retirement residence - warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The food is absolutely amazing, consistently fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff are nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction reflects genuine care and respect for the residents. A very special shout-out to Nancy, Lisa, and Jim for their extraordinary dedication and personal attention to everyone. Their compassion and leadership were especially evident during a challenging time when there was a fire and many of the residents were misplaced. They handled the situation with professionalism, calm, and heartfelt concern, ensuring everyone was safe and supported. All of the healthcare aides deserve recognition as well , they are kind, caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond every single day. If you’re looking for a residence that combines outstanding care, wonderful food, and a warm, upscale atmosphere, this is it. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do for their residents and families. 💛 Carla M.

We have been blessed to find Chartwell Fountains of Mission for our Mom. She has the best care in a beautiful home. The staff is just outstanding. We couldn’t ask for anything more. I want to say individual thanks to all the people but I started to list everyone and I’m afraid to miss a name. I’m confident to say they are ALL amazing. Thank you from our family. Sincerely.
