What a lovely place and lovely staff so helpful so accommodating they are so good to my aunt we are so happy that she’s in this place. They take good care of her.

This review applies only to the Adult Day program. My mother has been a client for a year and loved the program along with some very wonderful staff. She recently had a change in her health and they decided with very short notice to discharge her from the program. She took this very personally as she felt she had done something wrong. In reality certain team members felt it inconvenient that she required more assistance. Notification of her discharge was done by a team member at the end of the day with no time respond to this individual. We always felt that Macassa Lodge would be her next level of care however this black mark has tarnished a once admirable reputation.
