We were very impressed with the facilities at the Stoney Creek location. Our visit started with Amber taking us on a tour of the various studios, and amenities. She explained and outlined the various additional expenses, spent time to explain and answer our concerns. This location is very clean, bright, full of friendly people ( residents and employees) and most of all is made to feel like a home away from home.

Really appreciate the staff here. My mom has been here for 2 years and she loves the servers and caretakers. She frequently mentions someone named Natasha and Vivian. So thank you to those girls for your work and all the other workers. You truly make her day brighter whenever you spend that extra moment with our loved ones.

My mother has been a resident of Seasons Stoney Creek for 9 years (8yrs in Independent Living and 1 year in Memory Care). Our dealings with Seasons Management and Staff has been nothing but a positive experience. When a parent is moved to memory care many anxieties beset children of the parent with respect to increased care requirements for that parent. Seasons Memory care staff has excelled in minimizing these anxieties. Any and all questions or concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion. The front line care personnel are actively engaged with my mother and all the residents, they are in essence now part of her family. Activities, events calendars and outings are easily to review through the Loops communication portal at any time. There is sufficient staff on hand to ensure procedures and protocols are kept up to date and us well informed. I highly recommend Seasons Retirement Residence as an ideal home for your loved one.
