  Chartwell Deerview Crossing’s Memory Care floor has been a wonderful home for my mother. I feel so much more at ease knowing that she is safe, well cared for, and receiving the attention she needs. Megan, the manager at Deerview Crossing, is fantastic. She is very approachable, always willing to listen, and quickly follows through when there are questions or concerns. Knowing that she is in charge gives me reassurance that my mom is in good hands. I am also very appreciative of the full-time team on the Memory Living floor. They provide dependable, consistent care that gives families a sense of trust. The part-time staff is equally dedicated. Sehaj and Mahir, in particular, are very compassionate and hands-on. They are always eager to help and take the time to make sure my mom feels supported. It is heartwarming to see the relationships so many of the staff have developed with my mom. Kanika is another example of someone who goes above and beyond to make sure all the residents are well looked after. She also organizes engaging activities and excursions that bring enjoyment and stimulation to their daily lives. I am especially thankful for the close bond she has formed with my mom, and for the positive communication she maintains with me. The personal attention and connections the staff have built with the residents are what make Chartwell Deerview Crossing such a special place for my mom to call home. I am grateful to everyone who contributes to her well-being and would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a supportive environment for a loved one.

  We've been working with Chartwell for several years now and I have to say, the staff is extremely friendly and on top of maintaining the building! We handle the flooring installs within the building and the staff makes a notable effort to keep things up to date, clean and offers new carpet installed with each suite turnover! Keep up the great work!

  I service this building doing pest control for quite a few years and I dont normally do reviews but I was compelled to share some insight. Not only were the staff amazing at there job they all are really good people. You can see it in how they talk to the residents eith upmost respect and take care of all there needs..I service alot of living facilities and this one is hands down one of the best around. Any questions ask for Glen and I guarantee you won't be disappointed and you will fall in love with this place such as I have as well. If I could give more stars than 5 I would.
