J'ai eu la chance de faire la rencontre de Marie-Hélène pour nous guider dans la recherche d'une RPA pour ma mère âgée de 86 ans. Marie-Hélène m'a offert un soutien rassurant pour tout le processus de notre recherche; ma mère n'étant pas convaincue de vouloir déménager en résidence, elle a su instaurer une relation de confiance avec elle et elle a pris le temps nécessaire pour comprendre ses inquiétudes et répondre à toutes ses questions. Sa capacité de mettre en lumière les aspects positifs de vivre en résidence a dissipé les craintes de ma mère et a ouvert la voie à un réel enthousiasme de sa part. Marie-Hélène nous a accompagnées chaleureusement tout au long du processus et ce, tout en restant professionnelle.
