My cleaning lady's service is excellent. However, the administration leaves much to be desired. They changed my schedule after years of having the same time. I asked if I could refuse the new schedule because it didn't suit me, and the woman told me that if I refused, I would be put back on the waiting list. It's very frustrating to receive such a response after paying them for cleaning services for years. I found their approach very cavalier and disrespectful towards customers. Furthermore, it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. They don't answer calls and they don't return calls. I do not recommend doing business with them.

The staff will come to bathe the animals and supervise their personal hygiene routine, offering the most appropriate advice. They also provide housekeeping and laundry services for all seasons.
