The staff is very warm and competent. The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful. My mother is very happy there. However, the quality and quantity of meals have declined in recent months (lukewarm meals, portions that are too small, not enough meat, too much pasta, sandwiches served as Christmas dinner, roast meat that was more like boiled beef, etc.). I am confident, however, that the wonderful team in place will quickly rectify this situation, which is currently casting a shadow over what is otherwise a beautiful place. With a little imagination and creativity, they will surely be able to correct this discrepancy that the residents have noticed and which is causing them some dissatisfaction. Keep up the good work!

Every time I've been to the Sainte-Famille residence, I've received a warm welcome from the staff. The food is delicious, and the care is tailored to each resident's specific needs. A real gem, without a doubt.

When I visited my grandmother at the residence, I was very happy to see the excellent care she was receiving. It's comforting to know she's in good hands, in a warm and respectful environment.
