I had severe abdominal strain and could not do some basic tasks like doing laundry cooking. ignored me and violated my rights to service. I got an infection because I could not wash my clothes. Was in horrible pain because I kept straining myself by accident.

Not sure what others are going on about, but they have been extremely kind when I've called due to issues with the VON (as ON Health At Home is just there to facilitate you getting connected with other care organizations). They were able to expedite delivery of medical supplies and contact and call all sorts of folks - always returned calls when promised and did everything they could, in a limited system, to get us the care we needed.
