Not sure what others are going on about, but they have been extremely kind when I've called due to issues with the VON (as ON Health At Home is just there to facilitate you getting connected with other care organizations). They were able to expedite delivery of medical supplies and contact and call all sorts of folks - always returned calls when promised and did everything they could, in a limited system, to get us the care we needed.

My mother was discharged from the hospital over a week ago, and we were told someone from Ontario Health at Home would be in touch. No one has contacted us. We’ve been trying to reach her caseworker repeatedly but have only gotten voicemail, with no call back. While we understand it’s summer and staffing may be limited, our family crisis hasn’t paused. We’re doing everything we can to set our mother up for a safe and healthy recovery, but the lack of support is making that nearly impossible. This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially when timely care could prevent another hospital admission.
