Absolutely horrible management. They only care about their paychecks. Talk down to us like we're stupid. NEVER fix anything in the units. Laundry area ALWAYS looks like a tornado went through. Just absolutely horrible for several years now. No one has trust in them. Shame on them

Mom called today raving about the care she received lately. She's been so down and upset lately it was nice to hear she's happy about her Phara visits. What a relief 😮💨 We are heading up to North Bay and we are excited to meet the staff that have been helping out with her daily living and routines. Cheers from Bracebridge!!
