These gals were so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. From the nurses, to the ladies at the front desk, to the 1800 number to book an appointment. Everyone was great!

This place runs so well. I had a cyst drained and I needed my dressing changed every three days. They were flexible with appointments and they always called me to book my future appointments which I never had to worry about! The nurses are SO nice. Super friendly and personable and also very knowledgeable! Navjot was amazing, she deserves a raise!! I love her! My cyst is almost fully healed and so grateful that this level of care is available to me in North Bay. I really felt like they cared and remembered me, even the littlest of details. I cannot thank this place enough!!

Horrible service! Unable to send anyone to a patients home. And when they schedule an appointment for a specific treatment, they say “what? You didn't have an appointment or I’m sorry we canceled your appointment without calling you” this is ridiculous. After making patients drive in crazy temperature, waste gas (as travel grant isn't available because CARE PARTNERS is so post to come to the dwelling) The lack of customer service makes me sick, let alone the lack of “CARE” they are able to give is considered neglect of medical care. The mission: We are dedicated to improving quality of life by supporting health, wellness and independence through the provision of compassionate, patient-partnered health care.; IS NO FOLLOWED AT THIS LOCATION THE VISION: Driven by innovation and a passion for caring, we will provide integrated, holistic care delivered by an exceptional team of health professionals, who are known in the hearts and minds of our patients for the finest quality health care.; IS NOT FOLLOWED, there is NO PASSION, NO CARING, NO EXCEPTIONAL TEAM. The patients recieve the smallest care possible! The values: Patient-Partnered • Integrity • Accountability • Partnership • Teamwork • Transparency • Respect • Innovation; none below are demonstrated at the north bay ontario location!!! Hopefully this helps new patients get ready for the incredible lack of care and promises!
