My first appointment I waited well over an hour to see the person I was there to see. Common sense would have been to make my appointment later or for a different day. Apparently the appointments he had prior to mine were all people that required translators which they should have been aware of instead of double booking. the appointments are going to take longer. But instead of rebooking people that were not needing translators you just got to sit and wait. I'm glad I had my rollator with me to sit on because the chairs in their office are incredibly uncomfortable if you're suffering from physical injuries. The staff were very apologetic but I didn't appreciate being told it'll just be a few minutes more when I was already a half hour past my appointment time.
