Our family are so happy with the care they provide for our mother. They are kind, supportive, helpful and they genuinely love taking care of her. We are so happy to have mom here and so is she. She adores every staff member at Manor village. They all treat her with respect and dignity. Our family would recommend Manor Village to anyone who are looking for LTC for their loved one (s). It truly is a holistic approach that includes family members to be involved.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every member of the amazing staff of 3 West. Every last one of you shows a level of kindness and compassion that we didn't think possible. You took the time to truly talk with our dad, to reassure him, and to let him know when we were visiting so he always felt informed and supported. He was treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine warmth at every turn. The care you provided meant more to our family than words can express; you managed both the work and the worry when it was too much to bear. You are the kind of people the world would be lost without. We can never repay all your kindness; just know that you truly walk in the light. Thank you.
