My God, stay as far away as possible from this place!! They are very poorly run!! Staff is totally useless!! They provide tray service to the room and 90% of the time don't bring utensils. Can not count how many times I had to call the general manager about tray service (which you pay extra for) being HOURS LATE or not showing up at all for my ailing mother. Trays of food not picked up for days sitting on floor outside residents units. This is just the tip of the iceberg for this place. One thing they did have plenty of was EXCUSES! STAY CLEAR!! Many better options!

I can honestly say, Amica London saved my life. When my father declined and needed to move to an Assisted Living floor within a Retirement Home, I tried the Assisted Living at another place that was new and promised they could care for my dad. Within 3 weeks, they told me his care needs were too high and they could NOT care for him, and that he needed to be in Long Term Care. Since I was told a place in LTC could take 5+years, I needed another option. Amica London to the rescue! They are amazing! They have no problem taking care of my father. He is doing great there, much better than the other place. In fact, now it is clear to me that, with competent care, he doesn't need to be in LTC! At Amica, the food is fantastic (I've eaten with him many times), the staff are experienced and well-trained, and there are 5 or 6 activities each day on the Assisted Living floor alone, to keep the residents active and engaged. We also visit with other residents in the Bistro on the main floor, and participate in activities downstairs for the Independent Living residents as well (e.g., art classes, theatre performances, including a recent music recital from UWO). I whole-heartedly recommend Amica London!

I have been performing guitar for the residents at Amica London for more than 5 years. Every time I go there, I feel like I am part of their community. They do an amazing job and making me feel at home and comfortable. The residents are some of the most respectful people and they appreciate every minute of my performance. I look forward to going back every time I leave. The past 3 years I have run a moving business called "Making Moves Logistics Inc." and we have moved in several residents into Amica. I can't help but notice they are just as respectable to myself and my team as they are when I come to perform. Amica is an outstanding place and the staff is amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!
