Nice place to live, rent isn't crazy and has GTI. Clean decently well maintained, good people around. Close to parks, English and French schools and Lockerby High school. Food is close, hospital is close, bus stops are close for multiple lines, very accessible and overall one of the better places I've lived in Sudbury
