Peaceful surroundings on the Bay of Quinte with amazing pond and fountain. Watch the occasional Groundhog or Cottontail grazing on the lawn or the landing and take offs of the big White Swans on the Bay.

High quality homes in a adult community. The interior attention to detail is outstanding. Boyd has a eye for high quality and class. Workmanship is way above building standards. Maintenance staff is reliable and goes above and beyond for community residents. Small town private community atmosphere. Neighbours are like an extended family environment. Beautiful grounds and stunning gardens. Priceless view. Builder has taken personal pride in creating a wonderful, peaceful place to live.
