I moved in on April 1st. I've put two maintenance requests in with zero response from management. After bringing forward my issues on here, management corrected it. I've had no other issues. The building is nice and in good location

Hallways are very dirty, floors are old and the Building Manager only is nice to tenants she knows. Smoke alarm didn't work for weeks. I am not comfortable identifying my name and unit number becaus the Building super and the Property manager have both been rude and threatening. I posted review on another site to get attention. Someone came into my apartment in Dec for smoke alarm hasn't worked right since then.

The units are newly renovated with vinyl flooring and they put in new stainless steel applainces. Looks very nice inside now, does not look old at all, highly reccomend!
