My mom recently got an ostomy & the ladies have been so helpful as we embark on this learning curve. From needing supplies urgently right before closing to providing a safe place for support group meetings they are courteous, friendly & go above & beyond. So glad we have them in our corner to help us & I would recommend them to anyone experiencing the same thing.

Tracy and the team at Wellwise in Medicine Hat are the best. Their regular standard is over and above every time. Super helpful with orders and product knowledge. If they don’t know something they are quick to find an answer and get back to me. They always make me feel seen and cared for. They run a monthly ostomy group and I can see that how they treat people is not specific to me, it is in their special hearts caring for people.
