I first visited shortly after we moved here last August, and I was genuinely blown away by the customer service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. What really stands out is that it wasn’t a one-time experience. Every visit since has been just as positive, right up to today. I called this morning to ask about a product, and they confirmed they had it in stock. When I arrived later, Amber already had it set aside for me at the front desk, receipt ready to go. That level of care and attention is rare. A sincere thank you to Amber and the entire team. It truly makes a difference.

I was very impressed with all the services. They were fantastic with the setup, and initial assessment. They followed up a month later and confirmed I was good without the oxygen machine anymore. I don't remember her name but the lady who did the final assessment was very thorough, and very pleasant. Quick and easy experience, thanks to them.

Just went in to purchase some replacement equipment at the N.W location. She was so friendly and kind. That is the kinda person you want dealing with the public.
