Great place to go when needing extra support for health care at an older age. Owners and workers are both very diligent and friendly, they do their job very well.

I had a terrible experience with extended family services in Medicine Hat. I needed an application to be completed for guardianship/ trusteeship. I paid 500 for this service upfront. I was treated rudely and was taken advantage of during a very difficult time in my life as I sought this application for a sick loved one. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL to me and hospital staff while asking questions and trying to obtain a capacity assessment. Owner of the company seems to lack basic knowledge of the whole court and application process. He was unable to follow simple instructions. He is running this as a side business and unable to give a genuine effort despite very quickly taking my $500. I ended up completing the application myself. My advice is to NEVER use these services.
