Was in on Saturday inquiring which knee brace would be good for arthritis and baker's cyst in my right knee. I believe Jennifer was her name was a tremendous help and chose 2 different braces in my size to try on to see which felt and fit the best. Wearing it has really helped with the swelling and pain I had been experiencing.

Jennifer is amazing!! I was pregnant with twins and she helped fit me for a belly brace and compression socks which have been a game changer post delivery of our babies!! Her measurements were spot on for the compression socks, she is friendly, informative and very knowledgeable!! Thank you Jennifer for the amazing service and help!!

I had an excellent experience with Tatiana at Wellwise while getting my ResMed AirSense 11 machine. She is truly a wonderful sales representative — professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Tatiana took the time to explain every feature of the machine in detail and made sure I felt completely comfortable using it before I left. She answered all of my questions clearly and never rushed me. Her guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her genuine care and follow-up. She made sure the settings were right for me and that I understood how to get the best results from my therapy. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such kindness and dedication to customer service. If you’re visiting Wellwise Whitby location and need help with a CPAP machine, I highly recommend asking for Tatiana. Thank you for making this experience so positive! ⭐
