The care provided to my mother was exceptional in every way. My mom's caseworker took the time to listen to our needs and ensured my mother received the care she needed. The intake, provision of care and direct billing to her insurance made a difficult time much better. The PSW's were kind, attentive and professional. It was a very positive experience.

Jackie Hussein is absolutely amazing and very professional in what she does. I have finally got the care my dad deserves in his end of life care. Jackie has been there every step of the way and I truly appreciate her. The PSWs that are with my dad are amazing ladies and again, all very professional and caring. I would recommend Bayshore to anyone that needs and wants the very best care that is available for our parents in their time on need, especially if Jackie is taking taking charge of them. Thanks Bayshore and a special thanks to Jackie.

Bayshore has been amazing! Jackie and her team have been more than helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting to changing staff when needed, it's been great! Jackie and her team helped us through the setup process, stayed patient when we had delays getting signatures, and once the paperwork was complete, they were quick at getting staff in to help care for my friend. If one of our PSWs didn't jive with my friend, they were quick at finding a replacement to make my friend feel the most comfortable. Bayshore office staff are always friendly and helpful when you reach out or when they reach out to us. If a PSW is running late or calls in sick, they reach out right away and keep us updated on their arrival time or when a replacement will be on their way. If you have someone in your life that needs home care, I highly recommend Bayshore. Thank you to the team that helped us out!
