Someone called me from this institution threatening to reduce my hours if I don’t accept PSW’s whom I don’t want to come to my home and that too at inappropriate hours. She called with an attacking tone and was trying to bully me on the phone. When she was pressing me without allowing me to speak and even when I spoke was challenging me as if trying to prove me a liar.

My father was palliative for less than 2 months before he passed. I had called the coordinator Laura, 3 times and left messages asking her to call me. Never heard back from her once until after my father passed offering her condolences. Very disappointing. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

workers call from blocked numbers, so right to your voicemail, and you return the call immediately and get their voicemail. 5 hrs later and still no return call. Called again - voicemail from them and no return calls. Put you in a que for a colleague and no one picks up. they hide behind voice mail and blocked numbers - and you have no way of getting any palliative service for your dying parent. they say its their policy to block numbers - stupid policy from a stupid organization. no profit motive = no service. They subcontract out the care, so there is a multiple chain of people in the bureaucracy calling each other to confirm & getting voicemail. Poorly run and no oversight, garbage organization
