Was discharged last week and now my wound has opened back up. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone!

Someone called me from this institution threatening to reduce my hours if I don’t accept PSW’s whom I don’t want to come to my home and that too at inappropriate hours. She called with an attacking tone and was trying to bully me on the phone. When she was pressing me without allowing me to speak and even when I spoke was challenging me as if trying to prove me a liar.

My father was palliative for less than 2 months before he passed. I had called the coordinator Laura, 3 times and left messages asking her to call me. Never heard back from her once until after my father passed offering her condolences. Very disappointing. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
