This place is basically an insane asylum

The nurses are terrible. Rarely give medications on time. Takes an hour for a nurse to come in after ringing call bell. Their cell phone call bells going off all hours of the night super loud and hard to get a good sleep. If you don't have someone with you to keep on top of the nurses. Good luck. Patients waiting 45 minutes for assistance to use the bathroom and cant wait any longer and go them selves and fall and injure themselves. Break bones. Another patient fell out of wheelchair and waited 20 minutes on the floor for someonebto assist getting up. They change medications without notifying the patient.. Someone from NS health needs to investigate what's going on in this place. The previous reviews have to be made up. This place is awful
