Optometrist was awesome. He answered all the questions I had and was very kind. Kyle (I really hope I got the name right here) in the front helped us decide on glasses. Went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We laughed and chatted. Would absolutely recommend this Bailey Nelson

As a business owner, I want to emphasize the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, I feel that Bailey Nelson falls short in this regard. The day after purchasing $750.00 in new glasses and an eye exam, I received an email announcing a promotion for free progressive lenses with an eye exam. I promptly contacted the Kingsway location and spoke with a young man who informed me that I was no longer eligible for the promotion. I requested that he cancel my order so that I could take advantage of the promotion, but he refused. I expressed my disappointment in his lack of professionalism, to which he responded dismissively. As a business owner, I will not recommend Bailey Nelson nor will I shop there in the future.

Amazing customer service from Youssef and Rachel! I brought in two pairs of glasses that I had originally picked up from the WEM location, where my concerns about the fit were dismissed. When I came to this location, Youssef and Rachel took the time to adjust both pairs until they fit perfectly. They were incredibly understanding, patient, and genuinely happy to help. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care!
