The front desk greeted me is such a welcoming way. A wonderful way to start the day.🥰 The young woman doing all the pre tests was very kind and initiated a very relaxing approach. This really helped as I was concerned with my rapid eye sight changes. Dr. McQueen did some further tests and patiently explained the changes in my eyesight was due to cataracts. 😮💨. Thanks for your patience Total Focus. I will try to focus on being patient until cataract surgery.

We have been patients at Total Focus for almost 20 years. Charlene is always fantastic to deal with. As are the other staff. Dr. McQueen has always been fantastic

Hello. So after having some steel in my eye. I decided to go get it taken out. I walked in and right off the bat. I had help before the front door had a chance to close. Spent a minute and a half at the front desk. Was taken to the back. Waited in the room for about 2 minutes. The doctor showed up and got right to it. He did a very good job getting the steel out. Maybe 5 minutes. On my way in about 30 minutes. That's top shelf in my books. Thanks to everyone that helped me out. Cheers.
