I received a urological diagnosis in December 2025 that, after almost 13 years, my neobladder was no longer fully voiding, so I would have to self-catheter three times a day for the rest of my life. My urologist referred me to CathetersPLUS with my consent. CathetersPLUS contacted me by email almost immediately when they received the referral from my urologist. I was new to the world of urinary catheters. I did a lot of online research, as you can imagine. I communicated with Ruby VICTORIO, RPN, of CathetersPLUS, on the phone and via emails. I would like to commend her for her professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. I had NO idea how expensive intermittent urinary catheters were or how to navigate the claims process with my medical insurance company, nor which catheter would best suit my ongoing needs. Ruby provided me with excellent advice, and arranged a RUSH shipment of the very catheters that my urologist used to teach me how to self-catheter. I recommend CathetersPLUS. I am receiving excellent service from the company.

We ordered catheters on November 29, 4 weeks later we got wrong product although shipping order showed right product. It's been 2,5 months. We can't get in touch with anybody, only voicemail. And no ordered catheters. Terrible service! We found products in different place and got it in 4 days. If we could give no star that would have been correct.

Service is excellent. Catheters are amazing as there is only a small amount of friction and discomfort compared to self-lubricated catheters. The biggest drawback is that they require a generous health insurance company or deep pockets of one’s own.
