I was at the OMS Missisauga this morning to purchase a shower chair and shower handle this morning. I was helped by Rae. Rae is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they sell… i had an excellent customer service experience because of Rae and I will definitely come back at this store because of the great experience I had.

Julee Mathew was honestly amazing to deal with at OMS Mississauga. She helped me pick out the right forearm brace for my tennis elbow and made the whole process really easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was getting something comfortable that would actually help. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and not just making a sale. Really appreciate all her help — great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend asking for Julee if you visit!
