  General Manager Jessica Senay and her team were exceptional! They attended to our needs and provided advice and professional guidance before we made our purchase.They have several floor models of everything from lift chairs, to electric beds, to walkers and wheelchairs in the store.

  I’m writing this review as the assistance we received from Comfort Mobility was unmatched. My father needed mobility assistance and from the minute we walked into the store we were treated like family. Unfortunately after our initial visit his health and mobility deteriorated and we needed additional assistance including a home visit to access additional safety resources. As I live out of province a lot of our conversations occurred on the phone, via text or email and Patti was beyond amazing! She was patient, understanding, communicative and always made herself available to answer my hundreds of questions. She made sure to reassure me and let me know they would deal with the insurance company and had Johnathon Jr go to the hospital multiple times to ensure my dad had the correct size of scooter so he felt comfortable using it before he went home. It was quite the ordeal getting all the adjustments done to the house, before we could ensure my dad’s safe arrival but Patti was the backbone to making it happen. Johnathon Jr was helpful in making sure the house was set, until we ran into a hiccup and then Johnathon Sr stepped in and played a huge part offering to build a partial ramp because the size we needed wasn’t “standard” They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to assist their loved ones, as they are people who truly care! There are lots of companies out there but this one is where people truly matter, and every single person we interacted with showed that through every action they took! Thank you Patti, Johnathon Jr and Sr. We can’t thank you enough for all your help! My dad is safely living independently like he wanted because of your help! We couldn’t have done it without you.
