Very unprofessional staff and manager. Bad experience!! Edited: Since you replied and said no purchase/appointment made. That’s true as I had to cancel the purchase due to lack of professionalism, empathy, and ACCOUNTABILITY. It was me and my partner who almost made the purchase (good thing we cancelled) and I did call you a bunch of times too. So YES this is a genuine review. Pro tip, take accountability for your mistake/s especially if you admitted that IT IS YOUR FAULT. Admitting it with no empathy but sarcasm? Good luck with your business

Very lovely staff, especially Jaden who was a huge help with showing me the selection. I've been looking for something to make getting around downtown easier, and to and from university classes. Jaden took the time out of his day to go over which electric bikes would be best to use to get around the city. Genuinely phenomenal staff, and I couldn't recommend this store enough. They were very transparent in the delivery process, and I had no troubles picking up my bike.
