We had a great experience dealing with Silver Cross for the purchase of a Handicare 1100 stair lift for our parents. Stuart made the sales process easy, quick, and completely stress-free. He answered all of our questions clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Nick handled the installation, and he was absolutely awesome. The install was fast, professional, and done perfectly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable with how it worked before he left. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and well handled. We’re very happy with the product and the service, and we would highly recommend Silver Cross to anyone considering a stair lift.

I recently purchased a stairlift from Silver Cross and was very impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable office staff , and the excellent, professional, efficient way Stuart and Nick managed to magically install the lift in time for my return from Rehab. At the end of my second day home I realized that the 4 wheel (for the main level) and 2 wheel walkers (for upstairs ) another company promised to deliver the day before were not going to arrive and I was going to have to spend a second very painful night sleeping on the sofa. My son reached out to Silver Cross after hours and within an hour Nick brought me a loaner 2 wheel walker ! Silver Cross is not just a business. The staff really care about their clients’ wellbeing and I commend them for their kindness and compassion! Shadow
