Went to pick up an order during their stated business hours (around 3–3:30 PM) and the office was locked. I knocked, tried opening the door, and called multiple times with no answer. When I followed up by email, I was told their doors are “always open” between 9–5, which honestly was frustrating given what I had just experienced. They then offered to deliver the order the next day, but that delivery was missed as well and I had to follow up again before finally receiving it the following day. To their credit, they did eventually resolve the issue and communication by email was fairly responsive, which is why this isn’t a 1-star review. But overall, the experience felt disorganized and unreliable.

Capital Home Medical Equipment made the experience of getting a CPAP machine a "breeze". The RT that I dealt with (Dahab Arafa) was excellent. She explained everything very clearly, she answered all my questions, did not make me feel rushed and made sure that I understood everything before I left my appointment. She also kept in touch with me by email during the trial and again responded quickly and efficently to any questions that I sent her by email.
