I thought they were better. But no. Don’t waste your time or money here. I was sold a bike for $3500.00 just a few years ago, and now it can’t even get a replacement for the battery!!! Just buy a new bike was basically my only option since the battery was quoted for over $700. For a pathetic 48v 10.6 AMP HOUR JOKE OF A BATTERY!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVING YOUR ULTIMATE INCOMPETENCE ED!

I purchased an e bike from this company in 2022. In October 2023, I dropped it off for some repairs. I never heard back. I followed up monthly by phone, and sometimes in person. They do not answer their phone. Eventually, the number I had took me to a directory that was impossible to navigate. I went in person to the location on Gottingen and, if they were actually open during their posted business hours, they would promise to call me back with an update. Eventually, their storefront on Gottingen was permanently closed. They never called me back. I found out they'd moved to McQuade Crescent in Bayer's Lake, so I started taking random week days off work and going there in person to find my bike. As before, they promised to call me and I wouldn't hear from them. After a few business days, I went back. Rinse and repeat for about two months, until December 2024 when they finally called me to say my bike was repaired. They tried to charge me for the battery that died while it was in their possession for over a year, and when I suggested I shouldn't have to pay for that considering the inconvenience and stress they'd caused me having to chase them around the city, the boss told he would arrange to put the dead battery back in. When I stressed this was inappropriate and that he needed to reduce the bill, he said he couldn't give me a free battery, but then he offered to waive $100, which was the equivalent. While I'm happy I have my bike back, I would absolutely not recommend buying from this company, nor would I recommend trusting them with repairs. Their staff are somewhat friendly and generally unhelpful, and their boss is aggressive and unprofessional. *This review has been edited to update and clarify events.
