Incredibly disappointed. I would give you a zero if it was possible. Went into the store three weeks ago, interested in a shower reno. She told me to fill out a form, guy would call us to come look at it. Never happened. Phoned this past Monday and was told the lady that looks after it was on lunch but would call me back. Never happened again. Must be nice to have enough business so you don’t even have the courtesy to phone customers back!!!

Complete rework of our ensuite bathroom accomplished by Household Plumbing Jan/2026. Tiled walk in shower, shelves, grab bars, tile floors, new vanity, wall cabinet, drywall, paint, electrical, lights, removal of old materials etc. The job went minimally over quoted cost because of the furnishing upgrades we chose. Eric the installer was outstanding. He was very meticulous and I never got the feeling he was late for a flight or had a hot date. He was very respectful to our home and it became obvious he has much pride in his work. What a relief that was to us as it's a rare find these days. He is a Master of his trade I have to say. We also felt, we could leave our home in his hands with confidence if we had errands. Eric also brought to us a wealth of his years of experience. During the renovation stages we appreciated his input and it helped us fine tune the overall job to meet our requirements. We are so happy with the finished project. You have to take my word for it, but it's functional and down right stunning. We tip our hats here in Dorchester to the team at Household Plumbing. They are the way it should be... Jamie Doan

Incredibly, Household Plumbing finished a complete kitchen renovation in one month. I am so glad we hired them for the following reasons: *They use really knowledgeable and pleasant employees from the carpenters to the plumbers plus electricians and painters. * The workers clean up as they go along, trying hard to make sure the homeowners are able to continue with their day to day activities without as much interruption as possible, even taking any pets into account. * They let you know each day what is planned for that day and how it will affect any timeframe. * Because of their extensive experience, any unexpected ( there usually is something) problems that come up are handled efficiently and effectively. * Costs are kept as low as possible *If there is any follow-up needed, Household is helpful there also. I truly would use them if need be again in the future and recommend them highly.
