I hired Bath Expert (Dan) to install used sliding tub doors after he assured me he had the needed rollers in stock. On installation day, one of the doors was put up without rollers, and I was told not to move that door or it could fall off. The installer promised to return “early next week,” but never did. After repeated follow-ups with Dan, he told me I would have to pay an additional $95 to complete the original job we’d already agreed on. When I declined to pay extra for the completion of the job, he stopped replying, and later claimed the door’s brand was unknown—even though it was printed on the frame. Weeks later, after repeated attempts to get a response from him, he said the job “wasn’t worth his time” and offered a refund. I initially said I preferred the job be completed, but we soon discovered the rollers for my doors are actually discontinued and I was told the job couldn’t be completed. I decided a refund was best, but only after I mentioned legal action did he respond and process the refund. A friend eventually fixed the problem himself with $10 rollers from Amazon (with minor sanding for a good fit), though the doors now have a visible gap due to Bath Expert not accounting for the rollers’ height during installation. Despite their name and promise on their website, Bath Expert was anything but expert—disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. Avoid this company.

We can't say enough great things about our experience with Bath Expert! Dan was a pleasure to deal with and made our experience, from start to finish, truly exceptional! He showed up at the scheduled time for appointments, provided a number of options that fit within our budget and promptly answered our many questions. Not only that, but Dan quoted us literally thousands less than other companies and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the work that was completed prior to collecting final payment. Dave, Chris and Erick know their stuff and are fantastic at what they do! They kept the area clean and completed the job in a very timely manner. Their professionalism, communication and work quality exceeded our expectations! We will happily recommend Bath Expert to friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future, should we need to renovate another bathroom! Thank you again, Dan and team, we are in love with our new bathroom!

I had Bath Expert come and do my bath tub over into a shower. I was very happy with the large number of products they had to choose from. I liked that they had differant wall materials to choose from in colours, also, colour choices for foldup seat, shelves, ceiling, support bars, etc. They stuck to their time table the best they could, they where on time, polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My biggest need was a cover for my window which was in the shower and they had a beautiful white shutter to cover the window (I think they came in colours too). I am very happy with the work and almost a year later it still looks beautiful and I love it. The plumbing and removal of the walls and bath tub area was very well done and I have had no problems with it. They were fair with the pricing and was the best price for what I got. Thanks Bath Expert for your wonderful service, I am very happy with it.
