Thanks to Brian for going the extra steps to get my order. I was told it could take up to three weeks to find the items I ordered from another store, but I was able to pick them up within 2days. Thanks again Brian.

Donna was extremely rude, hostile and disrespectful. We asked for 30 metres, and Donna very angrily said they only do measurements in metres. So we converted to metres in front of her - approx 9 metres and they still charged us for 30 metres. We had to present a strong case to get a refund even though it was her mistake. Overall, her tone turned what should have been a simple interaction into a disappointing experience.

I recently bought some end tables from the Stoney Creek JYSK store. They only had 3 in stock and I needed 4. Brian, the manager of the store was able to find another end table at anotherJYSK store and generously offered to pick it up for me to save me a trip ,since we live a distance away. I was so pleased he would offer. And good as his word, sure enough a few days later, the table arrived. Thank you so much Brian. We love the tables !!
