I cannot recommend KineMedics highly enough! The entire team is knowledgeable, kind, and truly compassionate. After my shoulder surgery, I was sent home with a sling and abduction pillow that was far too large for my body, which was causing extraordinary pain. Ashlee helped fit me with a new one that actually works for my body, and the difference has been incredible for my recovery. Camille and Josh also helped my husband and me with renting the Game Ready ice machine, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. When you’re recovering from surgery, having people who genuinely care makes all the difference. I’m very grateful for the team at KineMedics.

I visited KineMedics for the first time ever today since they were on Montfort Hospital's short list of recommended vendors. I'm due for a little knee surgery in a week, and the surgical office wanted me to have a two-wheeled walker — not a no-wheel, or even my four-wheeled rollator that I use most of the time — for extra stability when they discharge me. I was helped by the very kind Camille after speaking with Josh over the phone the previous day (if I'm not terribly mistaken!) and I've gotta say, the customer service was fantastic. The rate for a two week rental was super-duper good, too. Not outrageously expensive or anything, and I can't imagine needing it for more than a few days, but maybe I'm talking too soon when I don't even know how out of commission I'll be afterwards! I definitely want to commend them (and Camille specifically) for being so kind, thoughtful, courteous, considerate, and understanding... I might be going overboard, but I felt very welcome and not at all like an imposition. If the need arises again, I know where to go for a quick and easy walker rental. They'll be at the very top of my list, and I'd definitely recommend checking them out if they're able to help you with what you need! (As a note, because I asked, they don't deal with power wheelchairs or mobility scooters. The store is *very* accessible if you ask me, and I didn't have any trouble with my walker, but I can imagine it would be tight for a power device.)
