I rented a machine which uses ice and compression called “ Game Ready “ after my knee replacement surgery. It really helped me heal post op- I was walking on my own and pain med free after 4 days. The owner Hamed delivered it and picked it up after 2 weeks of use. This business knows their stuff and is efficient with getting the products. I would highly recommend this business and the machine.

Great medical device provider. I’ve had a few experiences with them for a shoulder sling, compression socks, and a walker. The staff member, Hamed, is very helpful and provides both new and second-hand options to help save money. Highly recommended 10/10

I found Core Medical by chance and it was a lucky day for me. I had experienced a major problem with a recent mail order and was hoping to find an alternative here in Ottawa. I was thrilled to find them in the same building where I get other medical services with the added bonus of being located close to home. I was relieved to meet the friendly owner and staff - Hamed, Matt, and John. I find their kindness, knowledge, and service is unmatched. As I am rehabbing from joint replacement surgery, they have delivered some equipment to me that I couldn't handle alone. I found out they had stuff I'd already acquired with difficulty and at greater cost before surgery because I didn't know about Core Medical yet. Core Medical Equipment's commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled as they truly want you to be completely happy with your rental or purchase. When I found that one item didn't work out practically in use at my home, Matt happily brought me other options to try to find which worked better for my personal comfort. I cannot emphasize enough how committed Core Medical is to client satisfaction. I recommend them 100%.
