Excellent establishment and where it is a pleasure to do business. I am a multiple repeat customer for this establishment and highly recommend it for any of your furniture needs and/or decorative touches/accents. This time I needed one of their sofa-bed slumber air mattress (a MUST if you have guests sleeping on a sofa bed at your home - all who have slept on ours can't believe how comfortable it is). This was for a gift for my daughter and of course I screwed up and ordered the wrong size but it was happily exchanged and a new one (correct size this time) ordered and delivered. I was assisted by Ghada Shaheen and she couldn't have been more helpful and cooperative ... she was courteous, kept me apprised of all of the details involving the return, re-ordering and availability of the correct mattress ... outstanding customer care and service. This place is a class act.

Not a premium product anymore. I paid big money for a leather sectional. Paid extra for premium leather. Paid for the extended warranty that the salesman said covered EVERYTHING. 2 years now and the leather color is coming off. Their warranty department says they want $168 to fix it because it's not covered. What is? The wooden legs? Horrible warranty, product and customer service.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at La-Z Boy thanks to Kim. We were looking for two recliners, and she was so patient while we tested out different models. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and wasn't pushy at all just very kind and helpful. Highly recommend seeing Kim if you want a smooth, friendly shopping experience!
