Avoid this Lawtons at all costs. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and the blatant disregard for patient safety at the Duffus Street location. A doctor sent over a specific, updated prescription to double a dosage for my stepson, yet the pharmacist completely failed to fill it correctly. When I tried to address this serious medical error, I was met with extreme ignorance and hostility from the staff. Instead of taking responsibility for a mistake that could have impacted a child's health, they chose to escalate the situation. Because I became understandably angry at their negligence, they banned me from the store entirely. They are now refusing to fill any of my own prescriptions, effectively cutting off my access to essential medication at the pharmacy closest to my home. This place is incredibly unprofessional and treats customers like a nuisance when they are called out for their own errors. If you value your health or the health of your family, go somewhere else. They would rather boot you out than admit they screwed up a doctor's orders. This level of service is a disgrace to the community. And what they did is extremely illegal here in nova scotia i will be contacting the board of pharmacies and my mla cousill i wont play games when it comes to my health or my step son's health straight up

Clean, quiet,well stocked,lots of room for power chair, well informed staff,most are very friendly.Great pharmacy administrators,a home delivery . Good customer service and support.
