They found another Lawtons where my sets of drops were fully stocked

Would not recommend sending your prescriptions here. They called my partner to say the medications will be ready the next morning - only to get to the pharmacy and not only were the medications not ready at the specified time, they weren’t even at the pharmacy yet. The staff member was disengaged, he did not even know we had received a call that it would be ready, and when I mentioned my partner would have no medications as a result of this delay, they simply shrugged their shoulders and offered no solution. They could not even provide an estimated time for the medication to be ready. Staff here lack the empathy required serve patients. They are also closed on weekends which is highly inconvenient as this issue happened on a Friday.

I was traveling for surgery at the QEII I booked a hotel downtown before and after the surgery incase of a medical emergency. Apparently LAWTONS doesn’t fill prescriptions 40 mins before they close. How ridiculous is that? I even said forget about my insurance I’ll pay full price and submit later and they still declined. 1h30min post op I had to uber to and from shoppers on spring garden. Horrible experience!
