I bought the at home sleep test kit (ring) they provide and it didn't work properly. It failed to record enough data three times (three nights) despite following all instructions and procedures. I contacted them to return the device and get a refund. The staff was nice and understanding all along, but the policy was just unfair. They did issue the refund but still charged me 75 CAD for admin and shipping fees. Their policy says that if you change your mind and return the device after shipping you'll be charged 75 CAD. However, in my case I didn't just change my mind! It just failed three times to gather enough data. It would simply crash after one hour or so of recording which makes the entire process just not dependable as a diagnostic tool. Therefore, I feel that charging me 75 CAD was absolutely unfair. The company should have incurred that cost under operating expenses, but not charge customers. As a result; I advice other potential customers not to buy their sleep test products until they change the policy. - note: I was NOT offered a replacement device at no extra charge. It just didn't happen.

The hospital faxed the req for a Holter monitor to MHealth on Nov 28, 2024 I have placed 4 phone calls to get the device and each time they needed to confirm my address, which is printed on the requisition they received. Each time was told it’ll be 5-7 business days. Then one finally arrived but did not work. They asked me to send it back and said they would send another out immediately. guess what? They did not do that as I learned when calling them today as a courtesy to let them know the returned device tracking number. Guess what, “it’ll be another 5-7 business days” The surgery of Dec 23 was postponed because of this delay. The rescheduled surgery is Jan 27 2025 and you can be sure I think that one will get missed too. I wish there was another choice of company that actually has their act together and recognizes the importance of cardiac health. IF I get the device I’ll leave another review that will certainly be as fair as this one is.

I really have to say these guys completely knocked it out of the park. First of all, the woman who called me to set everything up was super friendly, thorough and seemed like she really cared. They’ve also invested in really modern Holter equipment (PocketECG). The interface is intuitive, the technology is sleek, the electrodes are hypoallergenic, and even the carrying case is “stylish”. They mail it directly to you in a neatly packed case with clear instructions, return mail envelope already prepared, and lots of extra electrodes. All around, I have to say this was an exceptional experience where they didn’t skimp on anything. The investment they’ve put into quality has definitely paid off. Full marks from me.
