  What a great experience I have had with the Gilbert Road clinic! When I first walked in, I was greeted by an awesome woman named Queenie. She is so warm and welcoming and yet, moving things along and keeping everything flowing smoothly. (Being in sales, I know how to read the room). I’ve met with the doctors as you do for your test results and the doctors are very professional, personable, on time etc. What I really appreciated is that I’ve never been asked for credit card info nor I have ever been asked to purchase anything until after I had a chance to think about it so, no pressure!! But Queenie is the star of the show! Great sense of humor, pleasant to be with, had a smile on for me every time I’ve been back since. Highly recommend!!!!

  I arrived for my appointment and was acknowledged immediately and only waited a minute or two before Rav called us in and showed us the CPAP machine and gave us clear instructions on its use. He tested the machine on me and made sure it fit properly and that I knew how to operate it before I left and set up a follow up visit before I left the office. He was very clear in his instructions and very comfortable to deal with. I would recommend him and the store to anyone. Thank you!
