This location, specifically Samantha, was very supportive in my CPAP trial. I appreciated the time and care she took when introducing me to the process especially with the check-ins along the way. I was having quite a bit of difficulty adjusting and never once felt the pressure to keep going beyond what I was comfortable with. All the adjustments and patience with working through my trial again were very appreciated and I would highly recommend their services!

I booked a sleep study with Snore MD to address my on going issues with apnea and snoring.Samantha went over my results with me. Ralph set me up with a CPAP machine on a 2 week trial. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the machine and gave me some helpful tips for use and comfort. My trial went really well and I decided to purchase the machine. Ralph made The transaction simple and easy. Overall I'd say my experience was exceptional, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful advice. Happy to be a client ! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at SnoreMD Richmond. Sam took the time to thoroughly explain my sleep study report and answered all of my questions in a clear and easy-to-understand way. She also walked me through how the CPAP machine works and made sure I felt comfortable and confident using it. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and knowledge. Highly recommend SnoreMD Richmond and especially Sam for anyone starting their sleep therapy journey.
