Great appointment with Charlene today. Very helpful and she took the time to answer all my questions. Follow-up is terrific. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her service. These machines are indeed quite expensive and I will enquire with the company as to whether there are used or refurbished options for someone like me with few benefits to help pay the cost.
