I had a really great experience thanks to Robin! She did my fitting and was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options, made thoughtful recommendations and made sure everything fit properly and comfortably. I’d definitely recommend Nightingale to anyone needing post-surgical garments or fittings.

I have been using Nightingale here in Victoria for seven years now for my Catheters and other supplies. Robin and Kelsey are Very Friendly and Professional. At times they have helped me figure some issues that have come up with such skill and compassion. This is not an easy field but they do it with much skill and empathy.

The staff were so helpful after I realized I didn't have my ostamy supplies with me from out of town. Also figuring out the correct system I use, they made sure that was well prepared for the rest of my time here in Victoria.
