Vanesa was absolutely amazing! She gave us her full attention from the moment we walked in and went above and beyond to help us. She was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and took the time to explain all the options, answer our questions. Her patience, professionalism, and expertise made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

I have been going here for a minimum of 12 years. I still have the same 100% latex mattress from back then & it’s still in good condition. I love their selection of pillows, they are way better than ones you’ll find anywhere else & great for comfort & preventing neck pain. The other great part is they let you try the pillows out before you buy one. The pillow cases & mattress protectors are awesome quality too. Every time i been here the service was excellent.

A shout out to Mattress Mattress @ South Edmonton Common :) I had such a great experience at Mattress Mattress and have to highlight Vanessa the sleep consultant who met me at the door when I walked in with a big smile and good energy! She really took the time on Saturday to walk me through multiple options, had me actually try the beds, and explained everything in a way that made the decision feel easy and informed. There was no pressure, just genuine guidance and expertise. I ended up getting a beautiful mattress at a great price, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. What really stood out was the follow-through. My mattress was delivered brand new the very next day ON A SUNDAY, exactly on time, and they took my old mattress and box spring away without any hassle. That level of service is rare! You can tell this is a local business that truly cares about their customers and the experience they provide. 5/5. I would absolutely recommend, and I will continue to support local because of experiences like this. Thank you!
