Thank you Tristen and Jayson from london for taking care of me. I appreciate you ! They did a really good job. I was in severe pain on arrival to the hospital and they helped so much. Both deserve a raise.

As always some paramedics are good and some are not. Some are abusive and some aren't. Take your chances and hope for the best.

I am writing to recognize and sincerely thank one of your paramedics, Curtis, for the excellent care he provided when I was taken to the Emergency Room for a severe lower back problem. Curtis not only carried out his duties with professionalism and skill, but he also treated me with great kindness and compassion at a very difficult time. His calm and reassuring manner helped me feel safe and supported when I was in pain and distress. I am deeply grateful for his assistance and wanted to make sure his efforts are acknowledged.
